How long does the first cost inspection take?
Usually it takes us from 4 to 7 business days. During this time we scrutinize your statements and contracts with utility or IT service providers. At the end you get a one-page report where we show in black and white how many zlotys we'll save.
Do you also deal with accounting?
No. We aren't an accounting office and we don't keep books. We check if the expenses that land there make business sense. We look for gaps in everything in contracts, not in settlements with the office.
Do my employees have to know about the restructuring?
That depends on your decision. We can act as external financial analysts who only check the document circulation. Often it turns out that employees themselves get lost in procedures and our help makes their daily work easier.
What if you find no savings at my place?
Honestly? Out of 83 clients we worked with, only 3 times we found nothing to improve. If after the first conversation we see that your firm works like clockwork, we'll tell you right away. No fluff and dragging into services.
