Andrzej has been dealing with numbers for 9 years. He's not interested in development visions if there's no cash in the till for people's payouts. He joined the Reformacja Biznesu Sp. z o.o. team 3 years ago, having previously spent 4 years watching finances in a transport firm near Wrocław. There he learned that every zloty spent senselessly is a pure loss to the owner. Facts on the table: Andrzej doesn't judge your decisions, he simply calculates their cost.

His work starts with bank statements. He reviews costs from the last 11 months and looks for unnecessary leaks. In one Wrocław construction wholesaler he found savings of 4,350 PLN a month. It was enough to terminate two dead service contracts and change the fuel settlement model for 6 delivery cars. Without fluff and unnecessary charts that only look pretty.

In work he uses a simple rule: we look for gaps in everything. For Andrzej every invoice is a story that needs to be checked for business sense. If he sees a firm is paying for something it hasn't used for 8 months, he cuts it immediately. Net profit counts, not certificates on the wall. (Honestly, Andrzej hates meetings that last longer than 22 minutes).
